Returns are accepted within 30 days from delivery date. Merchandise must be in new and unworn condition. Please enclose invoice inside. Please send shoes back with original shoebox, stuffing, and packing slip. Place your return in a protective box/plastic bag for shipping. DO NOT ship by taping up the shoebox, your package may be refused or charged 30% restocking. Please reuse original mailing bag/box if possible, otherwise please wrap it with shipping paper. Customers are responsible for the return shipping unless we were at error ( defective,wrong order, etc) Confirmation of processed return will be sent to customer once completed If you find out that the shipping cost is too high, we also offer a return label for $ 8 which will be debited from your refund.
